The beautiful and very easily accessible house has no breakfast service or offer and simply furnished rooms.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets.

The kitchen is on the 1st floor and is available to every tenant at any time. The kitchen has a stove, oven and dishwasher. Cutlery is also available in the kitchen and is only available for use there.

The rooms are always cleaned and freshly lined upon arrival. In other words, you don't need to bring your own bed linen. You can also wash your own laundry in 2 washing machines.

Free internet access is available throughout the house.

House rule:

The house must be left as found and will be punished with consequences if it does not heal. Smoking is generally prohibited in the entire house.

We will only provide the service once the booking has been successfully confirmed.

Payments are generally made by invoice and are to be paid within 3 days of the invoice date.

The invoice is usually delivered via email.

Short-term booking cancellations (7 days before arrival) must be calculated with a factor of 0.75.
