We rent comfortably furnished workers' apartments in spacious single or two-family houses for up to 10 people per apartment in single and double rooms. The apartments are available exclusively for long-term rental to companies with open-ended contracts.

- Minimum rental period: 6 months.

- Long-term leases of up to 10 years are also possible (better planning for your company)

- Rental price per person/day for a double room: from €10.00

- Rental price per person/day for a single room: from €14.50

Plus a flat-rate utility fee of €2.00 per person/day

Car parking spaces: €25.00 per space

- Parking spaces directly in front of the building, also suitable for company cars or larger vans.

The apartments are bright and welcoming and are located in a quiet yet central location with excellent transport links. Each room is fully furnished and includes a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, table, and chairs for each person. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. You also have access to free Wi-Fi and ample parking directly in front of the building.
