The house has four bedrooms. All rooms are furnished with single beds, bedside tables, and wardrobes/dressers.

The accommodation is exclusively yours for the entire duration of your stay.

Each room has its own smart TV.

The separate dining area features a large dining table and is perfect for relaxing.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary cooking utensils, dishes, a microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, large refrigerators, and a freezer.
There are two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub.
The large terrace offers additional seating and is also designated as a smoking area. You are welcome to eat and relax on this balcony.
The rear garden area is also suitable for barbecuing and socializing.

Internet access is available throughout the house.

Cars, vans, and trucks can be parked along the street or directly in front of the garage in the driveway.

The utility room contains the laundry room with a washing machine.
There is also a separate common room with a ping-pong table.
