Thanks to the wonderfully quiet, natural location, you can fully enjoy all seasons.

The living space extends over 104 m² across three floors and is located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor, which is accessible through a separate entrance. The accommodation is a non-smoking property, and smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, but it is allowed on the balcony or terrace.

Even in summer at high temperatures, it is still very comfortable in the house because it is a half-timbered house, and the attic is additionally air-conditioned.

You can feel at home in a large living room with a beautiful, large sofa and a smart TV.

Children are also welcome, however, we do not have an extra crib. There is also no gate at the staircase.

The apartment has a small study with a desk where plenty of information about your vacation and excursion destinations is available on the first floor, and another office on the second floor, which also offers an additional sleeping area in a bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is an additional bedroom.

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing holiday or for business travelers.

On the first floor, guests can sleep in a new, large, very comfortable 180 cm wide luxury/box spring bed.
From the bedroom, there is access to a balcony that was renovated in 2023.
On this floor, there is a nicely fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet, which was completely renovated in 2022.

On the second floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds, an office, and a toilet with a small sink on this floor, and on the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a luxury double bed and a toilet.
The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests if the double bed in the first-floor bedroom, the two single beds on the second floor, and the double bed on the ground floor are fully used. If the sofa bed in the living room is also used, the house can accommodate up to 7 guests.

The residential house therefore has three separate bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two workspaces, and a bathroom. Each floor has a smart-enabled TV.
