Family Apartments Lübeck 23560 Lübeck

Family Apartments Lübeck is a family-run accommodation at Siemensstraße 3 in Lübeck. You rent directly from the owner, with no agency and no commission. With 24 spacious apartments, we can host individual guests as well as complete work crews of up to 60 people.

Every apartment has its own shower and toilet, a kitchenette for self-catering, free Wi-Fi and a TV. Bed linen and towels are always included. Breakfast is available as an option (Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am), and thanks to the kitchenette you can just as well cook for yourself.

We are well set up for tradespeople, fitters and companies: there is parking for trucks, vans and company vehicles right at the house. There is no minimum stay, whether you need one night, a few weeks or several months. On request we invoice your company directly, with VAT shown.

The location works well for job sites all over Lübeck and the surrounding area. The Genin industrial area is right on the doorstep, the A20 motorway (Genin junction) is only about 1 km away, and the A1 is quickly reached via the Moisling exit. The old town is quickly reached by bus, lines 15 and 7 stop nearby, and there is a taxi rank just around the corner.

Our prices depend on the season and the length of your stay. Tradespeople and fitters get particularly good rates, companies can ask for our special weekly rates, and if you book several apartments you receive an additional discount.

Families, tourists and cyclists are of course welcome too. The apartments are a quiet, practical base for exploring Lübeck and the Baltic coast.
