Location: Berg am Laim, quiet residential area. U2 underground 10 minutes on foot, quick connection to the city centre by U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Supermarket nearby.

Parking: No private parking space. In the residential streets you can usually find a parking spot easily.

Prices (utilities included): 2 people €1,890 / month, 3 people €2,290 / month, 4 people €2,590 / month. Deposit €3,000, final cleaning €250.
