My name is Sarah, and in 2025 I started setting up some apartments in my multi-family house as holiday/worker accommodations. Since I travel a lot myself and always rely on vacation rentals, I try to implement here all the things that were lacking in the apartments I stayed in. The apartments are located in the heart of Germany in the Schwalm-Eder district of Hesse. Homberg-Efze – a historic half-timbered town with lots of charm and a great surrounding area for all kinds of activities. Hiking, cycling, relaxing by natural lakes, or excursions to the Edersee, Knüll Mountains, Knüll Wildlife Park, and much more. Our apartments are located right in the old town, with all restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and shopping centers within a few minutes' walk. We rent out for just one night as well, one dog is allowed for a small extra charge, and the Fewo54 has a terrace accessible from the living room, where smokers can also find a place.
